Jay Medicar Transportation will pay $70,000 to settle sexual harassment lawsuit

Jay Medicar Transportation, LLC will pay $70,000 to settle a sexual harassment lawsuit filed by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. The EEOC had accused Jay Medicar's former director of operations of creating a sexually hostile work environment by demanding sex from five female employees in exchange for pay raises and schedule changes.

Lighthouse Restaurant pays $23,000 to settle sexual harassment lawsuit

Lighthouse Restaurant has agreed to pay $23,000 to settle an EEOC sexual harassment lawsuit that was brought against the restaurant owner, Faros Inc. The Michigan City, Indiana restaurant was sued after its manager was accused of subjecting a female employee to a sexually hostile work environment for several months.

ALC pays $125,000 to settle EEOC sexual harassment lawsuit

American Laser Centers has agreed to pay $125,000 to settle a sexual harassment and retaliation lawsuit that was filed by the EEOC. Several female employees claim that they were subjected to a sexually hostile work environment at the ALC location  in Fresno, California.
