Passaic School District pays $150K to settle City Councilman Terrence Love sexual harassment lawsuit

The New Jersey Passaic School District has agreed to pay $150,000 to settle the sexual harassment lawsuit that accused City Councilman and Casimir Pulaski School No. 8 Vice Principal Terrence Love of sexually harassing a school district administrative secretary.

The secretary, Jenny Gallo, alleges that Love made inappropriate sexually suggestive remarks to her after he became acting principal of Ulysses Grant School No. 7 in April 2013. Gallo also claims that Love touched her on numerous occasions.

Although she rejected Terrence Love’s sexual advances, Gallo alleges that he continued to harass her periodically until the end of the school year in June 2013. Gallo filed the sexual harassment lawsuit several months later.
