Employment discrimination lawsuit filed against Village of Lincoln Heights

An employment discrimination lawsuit has been filed against the Village of Lincoln Heights and Stephanie Dumas.

The discrimination lawsuit (1:2013cv00520) was filed by Earnest McCowen and Jamil Turner in Ohio Southern District Court. The presiding judge is William O. Bertelsman.

McCowen and Turner are being represented by attorney John H. Forg, III.

    Village of Lincoln Heights, Oh (Cincinnati suburb) is being sued by a former police officer and code enforcer who was terminated w/o due process. Couldnt have anything to do w/him reporting violations of laws, officer misconduct, sex , money and murder cover up?
