Police remove bad boss from his Howell town hall office

Dominick Pondaco, the Howell Township municipal court administrator, had his certification suspended by an administrative law judge and was removed from his town hall office by police officers on April 15th.

In 2012 four female township employees accused Pondaco of being a bad boss who created a hostile work environment that included “mentally abusive, sexually abusive, sexually harassing and offensive behavior.”

The four women, Angela Martino, Donna Ennas, Donna Balton and Lucy Ravally, filed a sexual harassment lawsuit against the Howell Township in September 2012.

According to the complaint, Pondaco used profanity, sexually explicit and abusive language, and called the women derogatory names like “idiots” and “monkeys.”
