Jackson Police Chief David Zink has been placed on administrative leave pending the outcome of an investigation into a sexual harassment complaint filed by one of Zink’s female employees.
The employee filed the sexual harassment complaint in November 2012 after allegedly being subjected to a number of unwanted sexual advances by Zink.
Zink was suspended for a month and then put on administrative leave as a result of sexual harassment complaint.
Zink returned from his first administrative leave on February 1st. He denies the sexual harassment allegations.
