Jury decision expected in Kansas City Chiefs age discrimination lawsuit

The jury in the Kansas City Chiefs age discrimination lawsuit began deliberations on Tuesday.

Steve Cox, who worked as a maintenance manager for the KC Chiefs for 12 years, claims that he was fired in 2010 because of age discrimination.

Cox was 61 years old when he was fired, and he was replaced by a 31-year-old.

The Kansas City Chiefs claim that they fired Cox because he disobeyed his supervisor by giving one of his employees an unauthorized pay raise.
