Former Menlo Park City School District employee accuses Superintendent Maurice Ghysels of creating a hostile work environment

A former Menlo Park City School District employee has accused Superintendent Maurice Ghysels of creating a hostile work environment.

Olivia Mandilk, former Special Education Services Director, told the Menlo Park City School Board that Ghysels has subjected employees to workplace bullying and has eliminated the positions of a number of employees or pressured them to resign.

According to Patch.com, Mandilk accused Ghysels of engaging in “violent psychological harassment, terrorizing district administrators and creating a dramatic, hostile work place.”

    I agree Mayrice Ghysels is no good for this school District, he just wants staff out to save money and replace them with his special people (one can only wonder why!). Who dont go to schools and teachers never know who they are! in my opinion.

    WE THE PEOPLE WANT HIM OUT!
