2 City of Forney employees accused former EDC board member of sexual harassment

Joc Lomax, a former board member and vice president at the Forney Economic Development Corporation, was accused of sexual harassment in December 2012 by two city employees.

Lomax, who is currently a Forney City Council candidate, allegedly created a sexually hostile work environment for one of the female city employees by making unwanted sexual advances, sending her text messages with sexually explicit photos of himself, and inviting her to watch him perform a sexual act.

The city’s attorney and HR department began investigating the sexual harassment allegations and Lomax resigned from the Economic Development Corporation on January 30, 2013.

On March 1st, 2013 Lomax announced that he was running for a seat on the Forney City Council.

    This is a LIE!!! Everyone who knows Joc Lomax knows better. Prime example of BAD politicians trying to destroy his image because they have nothing else to run on. Shows the evilness of politics… Well, he must be doing something right for everyone to be concerned about him winning! Run on your own hidden agenda and get off of him!!!!
