The Finish Line to pay $30,000 in sexual harassment lawsuit jury decision

A federal jury has awarded three former Finish Line employees $30,000 at the conclusion of a sexual harassment lawsuit that the EEOC filed against the retailer.

The three female employees, who were 16 and 17 years old at the time, claimed that thei boss, a 38-year-old general manager of the Finish Line Cool Springs Galleria store in Franklin, Tennessee, subjected them to a sexually hostile work environment.

According to the EEOC, the Finish Line forced the teenage employees to quit because of the sexual harassment. In addition, one of the women was retaliated against after she resisted the harassment.
