Crystal Springs Landscapes sexual harassment lawsuit

An Oregon-based company that apparently closed down in 2011 and its co-owner and president were ordered to pay $167,000 to settle a sexual harassment complaint that was filed by a former employee.

Crystal Springs Landscapes Inc. co-owner and president Paul Liniger and general manager Mark Skaggs were accused of sexually harassing a female employee and then firing her when she rebuffed their alleged sexual advances.

The Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries imposed the $167,000 fee on Crystal Springs Landscapes and Liniger.
