Mary Lynn Clark, a former ACME Markets employee, has filed a hostile work environment lawsuit against the supermarket company.

Clark alleges to have walked in to the store’s electrical room and witnessed a female deli clerk performing a sexual act on their boss, Carl Mason.

According to Clark, Mason confronted Clark shortly after this incident and began harassing her. clark filed a report of the sexual encounter with the ACME human resources department.

Clark claims that while ACME did not take any action against Mason, she was subjected to a hostile work environment and fired in retaliation for having reported the sexual act.
