Wells Fargo retaliation lawsuit

Wells Fargo is being sued for retaliation by a former branch manager at one the bank’s Bluffton, South Carolina location.

Mark Stroud claims that he was fired in July in retaliation for filing a complaint with the Wells Fargo HR department regarding allegations that his boss, district manager Scott Zardenetta, subjected certain Wells Fargo employees to sexual harassment.

Seven other employees who were terminated by Wells Fargo in July filed a lawsuit containing similar allegations in October.
