A judge has rejected the attempt by Texas Southern University to dismiss the discrimination and retaliation lawsuit that was filed by Patricia Garrison.
Garrison, who is an assistant dean at TSU’s Thurgood Marshall School of Law, alleges that Dean Dannye Holley has tried to force her out of her position because of her race.
