Sam Houston State University sexual harassment and retaliation lawsuit

A sexual harassment and retaliation lawsuit that was filed against Sam Houston State University has been dismissed by the judge, who felt that the plaintiffs failed to show evidence that demonstrated the existence of a hostile work environment or retaliation.

The lawsuit, which was filed by professors Garry and Jasmyne Graybill had accused the university’s art department chair Tony Shipp of subjecting them to sexual harassment and then retaliating against them when they objected to Shipp’s alleged sexual advances.
