Rite Aid $250,000 disability discrimination and retaliation lawsuit settlement

Leading pharmacy and drug store chain Rite Aid has agreed to pay $250,000 to settle an EEOC disability discrimination and retaliation lawsuit.

According to the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, pharmacy employee Christopher Fultz was fired because of his disability, epilepsy, and in retaliation for having previously filed a discrimination complaint with the EEOC.
