The New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection has agreed to pay $22,500 to longtime employee Martha Goodwin to settle a hostile work environment lawsuit that she filed against the state.
Goodwin claimed that Robert Soboleski and Donald Kakas, her bureau and section chiefs at the time, created a hostile work environment for her at the DEP.
New Jersey attorney David Zatuchni represented Goodwin in her hostile work environment lawsuit against the Department of Environmental Protection.
