Niagara Falls Police Department discrimination lawsuit

Mark Feldhousen, a former Niagara Falls police officer who filed two discrimination complaints against the city, has filed another discrimination lawsuit.

In his latest complaint, Feldhousen claims that he was forced to resign in May 2011 partly because of disability discrimination stemming from brain surgery that he underwent in 2000.

A few weeks prior to his resignation in May 2011, Feldhousen was convicted by a jury of third-degree assault after a physical altercation that he had with his then-girlfriend.

In April 2012, Feldhousen filed a complaint of age discrimination against the city.
