New Mexico State Police Sergeant Henry Trujillo has filed a race and age discrimination lawsuit against the Department of Public Safety.
Trujillo claims that he was subjected to a hostile work environment and retaliation after he wrote a report about what he believed was a lack of diversity in the New Mexico State Police and DPS leadership.
