Macomb County $30,000 sexual harassment lawsuit settlement

Macomb County has agreed to pay $30,000 to former employee Jacqueline Danna-Allen to settle a sexual harassment lawsuit that she filed against the county.

Danna-Allen claimed that Mount Clemens Juvenile Justice Center director Charles Seidelman subjected her to sexual harassment by making sexually sugestive comments, touching her inappropriately and rubbing her thigh.

Michigan attorney Jeffrey W. Rentschler from the law firm Ronald J. Gricius, P.C. represented Danna-Allen in her sexual harassment lawsuit against Macomb County.
