Jackson State University sexual harassment lawsuit

Lolita Ward, a former secretary at Jackson State University, has filed a sexual harassment lawsuit against the university, its President Carolyn Meyers, and Ward’s supervisor, Athletic Director Vivian Fuller.

Ward claims that Fuller subjected her to sexual harassment by looking down her blouse, making a sexually suggestive comment regarding Ward’s legs, and wiggling her tongue at Ward in a sexually provocative.

According to the complaint, Ward rejected Fuller’s sexual advances, and Fuller responded in retaliation by by creating a hostile work environment for Ward that include insulting her on a regular basis and publicly yelling at Ward in front of her coworkers.
