Fort Oglethorpe Councilman Charles Sharrock was ousted from the city council in a unanimous vote on Tuesday.
The vote followed a hearing in which three female city employees testified that Sharrock subjected them to sexual harassment that included unwanted hugging and kissing.
Sharrock took sexual harassment training together with all of the other city employees in 2008 after he was accused of sexual harassment the first time.
After Sharrock was accused of sexually harassing another Fort Oglethorpe city employee, the City Manager Ron Goulart warned Sharrock not to touch any female employees.
Last month, a third city employee filed a sexual harassment complaint against Sharrock, and the city council decided to conduct a public hearing into whether Sharrock should be removed from the city council.
Several of the women testified during the hearing that they feared they might lose their jobs if they complained about the harassment.
