Arkansas City $64,000 employment discrimination lawsuit

Arkansas City has agreed to former employee Mary Bartlett $64,000 to settle a workplace discrimination lawsuit that she filed against the city.

Bartlett claimed that she suffered from discrimination by being fired because of her gender, race, age, and disability.

Kansas attorney David O. Alegria from the law firm McCullough, Wareheim and LaBunker, P.A. represented Bartlett in her discrimination lawsuit against Arkansas City.
