Rite Aid $3.5 million disability discrimination lawsuit

Attorneys Carney Shegerian and James Urbanic represented Martha Palma in a disability discrimination and retaliation lawsuit against Rite Aid.

Palma claims that she was treated differently by Rite Aid and ultimately terminated because of her non-work related disability.

The jury awarded her $3.5 million.
