Orange County $820,000 disability discrimination lawsuit

A California state appeals court has ruled that Orange County must pay Ralph Espinoza, a disabled juvenile hall corrections officer, $820,000 in damages for being subjected to disability discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.

Los Angeles attorneys Timothy B. McCaffrey, Jr., Natasha R. Chesler, and Norman Pine represented Ralph Espinoza in his disability harassment lawsuit against Orange County.
