New Jersey State Police $1.06 million sexual harassment and racial discrimination lawsuit

Former New Jersey State Police trooper Brian Royster was awarded $1.06 million in a sexual harassment and racial discrimination lawsuit that he filed against the State Police and Superintendent Col. Rick Fuentes.

Royster claimed that he was retaliated against after complaining about the department failing to properly investigate race discrimination and sexual harassment complaints.

Attorney Michael Reimer represented Royster in his lawsuit against the New Jersey State Police.

    Sadly, its often the people who are SUPPOSED to investigate who are the ones who NEED to be investigated the most.
