Millennium Broadway Hotel $1.1 million racial harassment lawsuit

Freddrick MacMillan, an African-American employee at the Millennium Broadway Hotel in New York City, was awarded $1,125,000 in compensatory and punitive damages in a racial harassment lawsuit that he filed against the hotel.

Tom Scudero, the former chief engineer and property operations manager, and several other coworkers who allegedly created a racially hostile work environment for MacMillan, no longer work at the hotel.

New York lawyer Darnley D. Stewart from the law firm Giskan Solotaroff Anderson & Stewart LLP represented MacMillan in his racial harassment lawsuit against the Millennium Broadway Hotel.
