The Massachusetts City of Methuen has agreed to pay former Methuen legal secretary Fulya Metin Campanelli $250,000 to settle a sexual harassment lawsuit that she filed against the city.
Campanelli claimed that her boss, former city solicitor Maurice Lariviere, sexually harassed her. After she complained to police, detectives captured Lariviere on camera trying to kiss and make sexual advances toward Campanelli in his City Hall office.
Massachusetts attorney Marsha V. Kazarosian represented Campanelli in her sexual harassment lawsuit against the City of Methuen.
