Menzies Aviation $332,000 retaliation lawsuit

A jury awarded former Menzies Aviation employees Douglas Eki and Xerxes “Jason” Doctolero $332,000 after it found that the company retaliated against them for cooperating with an OSHA inspection.

Eki, who worked at Portland International Airport, had filed a complaint with OSHA after he and Doctolero were allegedly forced to urinate in a bucket and in their clothing because their employer, Menzies Aviation, refused to provide them with a toilet.

Oregon attorney Thomas F. Spaulding from the law firm Spaulding & Potter LLP represented Eki and Doctolero in their retaliation lawsuit against Menzies Aviation.
