MA Registry of Motor Vehicles $445,000 sexual harassment and retaliation lawsuit

A federal jury awarded $445,000 to Colleen Harper in a sexual harassment and retaliation lawsuit that she filed in the Hampden County (Mass.) Superior Court against the Massachusetts Registry of Motor Vehicles.

Harper claimed that she was subjected to sexual harassment by Thomas W. Manning, a state Executive Office of Transportation auditor.

Massachusetts attorney Keith A. Minoff represented Harper in her sexual harassment and retaliation lawsuit against the Registry of Motor Vehicles.
