Los Angeles Unified School District $200,000 sexual harassment lawsuit

The Los Angeles Unified School District has agreed to pay $200,000 to a senior employee to settle the sexual harassment lawsuit that he filed against the school district.

Scot Graham, the LAUSD’s director of leasing and asset management, claims that former Supt. Ramon C. Cortines sexually harassed him by subjecting him to unwanted sexual advances.

California attorneys Arnold Peter and Maurice Pessah from the law firm Peter, Rubin & Simon, LLP represented Graham in his sexual harassment lawsuit against the LA Unified School District.
