Concord Police Department $150,000 sexual harassment lawsuit

The California City of Concord has agreed to pay employee Wendy Schwartzenberger $150,000 to settle a sexual harassment lawsuit that she filed against the Concord Police Department.

Schwartzenberger claimed that Lt. Robin Heinemann sexually harassed and assaulted her a number of times.

California attorneys John D. Winer and Judith C. Wolff from the law firm Winer & McKenna, LLP represented Schwartzenberger in her sexual harassment lawsuit against the Concord Police Department.

    Based on what I’ve researched about this lawsuit, Heinemann is a really arrogant disgusting individual. She is one of “America’s Worst Bosses” indeed. It’s just outrageous that this bullying sexual predator is still employed as a police officer and as a Lieutenant no less!
