Cicero Town $500,000 wrongful termination lawsuit

The Illinois Town of Cicero has agreed to pay former employee Sharon Starzyk $500,000 to settle a wrongful termination lawsuit that she filed against the town.

Starzyk had accused Town President Larry Dominick of sexual harassment. After she dropped the sexual harassment claim, the town agreed to settle her wrongful termination claim.

Illinois attorney Terence J. Moran from the law firm Hughes Socol Piers Resnick & Dym, Ltd. represented Starzyk in her lawsuit against the Town of Cicero.
