The EEOC announced that a St. Louis Restaurant will pay $23,000 to settle an EEOC sexual harassment lawsuit.
According to the EEOC, Villa Galleria assistant supervisor Brian Jones subjected an employee to sexual harassment, including rubbing his body against the employee and attempting to put his hands up her shirt and kiss her.
