The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission has filed a sexual harassment lawsuit against SunTrust Banks, Inc., one of the nation’s largest providers of financial services.
The EEOC claims that SunTrust Bank branch manager Kenneth Sisson subjected three female employees to sexual harassment, inappropriately touching them and making lewd and unwanted comments about their bodies, sex life, and dating habits.
According to the EEOC, several women complained to SunTrust management and HR department, but SuntTrust failed to take appropriate action to stop the harassment.
