RadioShack to pay $187,000 in EEOC retaliation lawsuit

A federal jury in Denver decided that RadioShack intentionally fired an employee in retaliation after he complained about being subjected to age discrimination by his supervisor.

The jury awarded the former RadioShack employee, David Nelson, $187,000 in back pay.
