Lana Sutton, a former part-time fitness trainer at the City of Chattanooga, has filed a $350,000 lawsuit against the city for allegedly being subjected to sexual harassment by former Chattanooga General Services Director Paul Page.
According to the complaint, Page repeatedly told Sutton that she was in “trouble for ‘not dressing sexy enough'” and that he wanted to put a “bed in the back room so that they could ‘relax there.'”
Page retired in October 2011 over separate sexual harassment complaints.
