Kaman Industrial Technologies ordered to pay $760,000 in age discrimination case

In August, a jury in Missouri found that Kaman Industrial Technologies Corporation discriminated against former branch manager Jim Trickey because of his age.  The jury awarded Trickey $760,000.

Even though the Kaman branch that Trickey managed was ranked fifth out of 166 branches, he was given a negative performance review.  After Trickey complained about the alleged age discrimination, he was suspended without pay and asked to resign.
