Autonation sued by EEOC for national origin discrimination

The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission has filed a national origin discrimination lawsuit against AN Luxury Imports of Tucson and Autonation USA Corp.

According to the EEOC, Autonation USA managers and employees harassed two service technicians because of their German and Polish national origins.

Joachim Bannes was often called a “Nazi,” was given the Nazi salute, and had pictures of Hitler taped to his toolbox. ¬†Similarly, Zbigniew Orlinki was called a “f—ing Polack” and “dumb Polack” on an almost daily basis.

    They need to look into the Mercedes Benz dealership in Sarasota Florida, not only discrimination there is bullying, sexual harassment, hostile work environment, wrongful termination, retaliation from management and this is all condoned by upper management.
