Former Cincinnati Metro CEO Marilyn Shazor files discrimination lawsuit

Marilyn Shazor, the former CEO of Cincinnati’s Metro bus system, has filed a race and sex discrimination lawsuit against SORTA, which controls Metro, and Professional Transit Management, the company that actually employs Shazor.

Shazor claims that she was fired last August because she is a black woman.  She was replaced by Tom Hock, a white male.
