EEOC sues Wild Beaver Saloon for pregnancy discrimination

The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission announced that it filed a pregnancy discrimination lawsuit against Indianapolis-based Wild Beaver Saloon on March 16th.

The EEOC claims that WBS Broad Ripple, Inc., doing business as the Wild Beaver Saloon, unlawfully fired a bartender/server after discovering that she was pregnant.
