Pittsburgh McDonald’s sexual harassment lawsuit settled

The sexual harassment lawsuit filed by former Pittsburgh McDonald’s employee Vonda Jackson has been settled.

Jackson had claimed that Glen Almon, her former assistant manager, repeatedly made crude, sexual and derogatory comments to her, touched and slapped her breasts and buttocks, and stabbed her in the buttocks with a meat thermometer.

According to the complaint, the McDonald’s store manager, Mike Pihony, did not do anything to stop the harassment.  Jackson also claimed that Pihony made crude remarks to her.
