Former Stanford Shopping Center employee sues Simon Property Group for pregnancy discrimination

Angelina Duran, a former employee at the Stanford Shopping Center, filed a pregnancy discrimination lawsuit against the Simon Property Group, which manages the shopping center.

Duran claims that her boss and other managers created a hostile work environment for her shortly after learning that Duran was pregnant.  According to the complaint, Duran was fired without cause five days before she was supposed to return to work.
