3 former Wyoming Holiday Inn employees sue for discrimination and sexual harassment

MARS Development, a company that owns and operates the Holiday Inn located in Casper, Wyoming, is being sued by three former employees.

Julie Carno, Shirley Davis and Kimberly Carson claim that they were subjected to harassment and sex discrimination while employed at the Holiday Inn.

Davis claims that she was also subjected to sexual harassment after allegedly being stalked by a former front desk manager.

According to the complaint, Mike May, a co-owner of the hotel and former Colorado House minority leader who was named in another sexual harassment lawsuit, often made sexual advances to female employees and invited a number of female employees to his hotel room.
