Elaine Cyphers, a human resources manager at Toshiba America Nuclear Energy Corp., filed a $100 million gender discrimination lawsuit against the company.
Cyphers claims that female employees at the Toshiba America Inc. subsidiary are paid and promoted less than their male colleagues and that they are subjected to a stricter set of rules than male employees.
