Retired Williamson County Court-at-Law No. 3 Judge Don Higginbotham is being accused of creating a hostile work environment for two former employees.

The former employees, Kimberly Lee and Sharon McGuyer, have filed a lawsuit against the county after receiving a “right to sue” from the EEOC. 

Lee and McGuyer claim that Higginbotham subjected them to ongoing verbal abuse that, according to the complaint, was “so outrageous in character and so extreme in degree that they exceeded all possible bounds of decency and can only be regarded as atrocious and utterly intolerable in a civilized community.”
