Germantown agrees to pay $75,000 to settle sexual harassment lawsuit

A Wisconsin village called Germantown has agreed to pay former employee Ann Kaczmarek $75,000 to settle a sexual harassment lawsuit that she had filed.

Kaczmarek accused former Village President Thomas Kempinski of sexually harassing her.  She also claims that Village Administrator David Schornack witnessed some of the alleged incidents of harassment and did not intervene or try to stop the harassment.

Kaczmarek claims that she was fired in retaliation for complaining about Kempinski’s alleged sexual harassment.
