A number of former employees allege that the owner of the hotel named as the ‘Dirtiest Hotel in America’ has himself engaged in dirty and lewd behavior.
Kenneth M. Seaton, who owns the Grand Resort Hotel in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, faces criminal charges of sexual battery involving five women at his KMS Enterprises company.
According to The Knoxville News-Sentinel:
The alleged contacts included grabbing one woman’s breasts and grasping another woman’s crotch, according to arrest warrants filed by the Pigeon Forge Police Department.
In a third incident, Seaton allegedly straddled a chair occupied by the female victim and then simulated intercourse by moving his pelvis, records show. When he was done, he allegedly told the woman: “Now that we’ve got that out of the way, we can get back to business.”
A fourth woman said that he “suddenly thrust his face between (her) breast(s), forcing her shirt and bra down” and a fifth accused him of simulating intercourse while he was standing behind her.
Seaton is also being sued for sexual harassment by two former housekeepers, Samantha Fiedorowicz and Candice Michelle, who allege that Seaton tried to kiss and grope them.
