According to a CBS Atlanta News report, the reason why Doraville Police Captain Jamey Brown resigned in September may have been due to a sexual harassment complaint filed by a female police detective.
CBS Atlanta News mentions a document that it obtained where the detective claims that Brown subjected to “unwanted an inappropriate comments and contact of a sexual nature.”
In September 2001, Brown resigned from the Georgia State Patrol after being investigated for having sex in a public bathroom.
