Myrl Serra, the Montrose, Colorado 7th Judicial District Attorney who was charged with unlawful sexual contact and indecent exposure in September, was arrested again last week on suspicion of harassment, violating a restraining order and violating bond conditions.
According to The Denver Post, “One of Serra’s three accusers in the sexual assault case says he approached her at a store, according to an arrest affidavit from a Colorado Bureau of Investigation agent. The woman said she hid behind a clothing rack when she saw Serra and ‘began shaking from fear.'”
