Former East St. Louis deputy liquor commissioner Walter D. Hill sentenced to 5 years in prison

Walter D. Hill, the former deputy liquor commissioner of East St. Louis, was sentenced to five years in prison for crimes that included extortion and sexual harassment.

Hill was also accused of stealing bottles of liquor from stores and bars.
